Release Agents, Coatings And Fluxes For Hot-Metal Work
Pyroflux India formulates boron nitride coatings, zircon mould coatings, centrifugal die coatings, die-casting release agents, forging lubricants and melt fluxes for foundries, die casters, extruders, forges and glassworks, and exports them worldwide.
Common Issues
Aluminium Sticking To Billets, Dies Or Tooling
Boron nitride release coatings that molten and hot aluminium does not wet.

Boron Nitride In The Form Your Process Needs
Hexagonal boron nitride is white, does not oxidise below about 900 °C in air, and is not wetted by molten aluminium, magnesium, zinc or glass. That makes it the cleanest release coating for extrusion billets, casthouse tooling, die casting and glass moulds, and the reason it replaces graphite where carbon pick-up or black residue is a problem.

For Ferrous And Non-Ferrous Foundries

Zircon Mould And Core Coatings
Refractory zircon washes for heavy MS, SS and alloy steel sand castings, and heavy nickel and copper-base castings. They stop metal penetration and burn-on and leave a clean, easily fettled surface.

What does Pyroflux India make?
Speciality coatings, release agents, lubricants and fluxes for hot-metal processes: hexagonal boron nitride products, zircon mould coatings, centrifugal casting die coatings, die-casting release agents, forging lubricants, extrusion and casthouse coatings, covering and refining fluxes, high-temperature coatings, gasket release coatings and glass mould release.
Where is Pyroflux India based?
In Delhi-NCR, India, where both the marketing office and the factory are. Pyroflux has been formulating for foundries and metalworking plants since 1990 and is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Do you export?
Yes. Pyroflux India exports worldwide, shipping routinely to the Middle East, South Asia, Africa and Latin America. Export packing and documents are handled by us.
Can we trial a product before ordering?
Yes. We send a trial quantity with a written application procedure, and adjust the recommendation from what your line shows.
Do you make custom or private-label products?
Yes. Custom formulations and private-label supply are routine. Tell us the substrate, temperature, atmosphere and application method and we formulate to it.
How do I get a TDS or SDS?
Use the datasheet request form, WhatsApp or call. Technical and safety data sheets are issued in GHS format and go out by email, usually within one working day.
Tell Us The Process; We Will Recommend The Grade
Samples, datasheets, quotes and technical questions all start the same way. Most enquiries get a reply the same working day.
